Note: Due to high volume through the holidays, shipping times may vary due to depleted stock.
PROCESSING TIMES
Note that processing times are not included in shipping times. It is the time it takes us to check, cut, perform final quality checks and pack your order.
All orders are brought to the warehouse for dispatch within one hour of order placement. Please allow an additional 24 hours processing time before your order is shipped from the nearest warehouse to your delivery address using the fastest and cheapest shipping method.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs clearance, over which we have no control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
